A big piece of cardboard, some colors and a bit of imagination is all that you need for making your kids happy. 

We were visiting some friends that just moved to a new place, so they had some big pieces of cardboard lying around. We've been playing with cardboard before so when we saw this big piece of cardboard, we just couldn't stay away :-)

Lukas '( 4 years) did the tracks and I helped with the road and the decorations (trees, houses...). In the end we got ourselves quite a nice looking landscape.

My little guy liked it so much that he did not wanted to leave his new "toy" behind. So when we left four friends we had to take the piece of cardboard with us. Thankfully our car is big enough to fit this and our friend were not too sorry for getting rid of their unwanted cardboard :-)
